KICQ install woes!

I am running RH 5.1 and KDE.  I have been trying to get some sort of ICQ clone
running.  Has anyone installed KICQ ( the ICQ for the KDE desktop? ) I follow
the instruction only to fail on the last step.  It tells me QT-1.30 is missing,
even though I have QT-1.40 installed and it appears with
glint under x11/libs.  Anybody got a fix??
