I was thinking about using the HyperTerminal.   Have the users dialin
and log in as newuser with a password of newuser.    The "newuser"
account would have a logon shell that would prompt the potential
customer for the information needed to create the new account.   This
information would then be forwarded to the SysOp who would then "okay"
the account, and create the account.

After the necessary info has been collected.  The "newuser" shell would
begin uploading the necessary installation program.

But ........ How can I upload a program to the user from this shell.
Is there a command line that I would use?
