(OT) ISP wanted

sorry for posting this "Off-Topic" message here, but I really don't know
where to post...

I want to change ISP, but don't know which one is Linux compatible?

I currently using M$N as my ISP, and now I am 90% Linux user, only use M$N
for email. M$N is NOT working with Linux... no email, no news... only HTTP
works...

Please suggest, I live in New York City in NY.
