According to my experience, I have bad news for you, Manuel.

1. Kernel 2.0.36-3 has support for 'very large' HDD. Maybe there is support for
'very large' HDD in earlier kernels but I do not know. The RPM's etc are in the
update.redhat.com FTP server. You will need this.

2.  When you format the disk with the W95/MS FDISK, in order to install WINDOWS
95, IT is changed in a non compatible way with LINUX. SO, you have to decide if
you want LINUX or WINDOWS, but you can not have both. I think the maximum HDD
that you can have with both Windows and Linux is 8.4 GB. 

3. Should you decide to have only Linux, you have to use the LINUX FDISK and
recreate the partition table without the DOS COMPATIBILITY FLAG (Option c).

Maybe there is a patch for W95 but I did not find it and I just forgot about
installing windows in the large HDD.
