ordering 6.0 by phone

Hi all,
FWIW
I ordered by calling 1.888.REDHAT1 and had to
ask about the CD version sans documentation.
Then he admitted they distribute a $39.95
version with installation guide, no phone
support and no man page manual. 

Shipping was $8.95 and May 10th was mentioned
as ship date. 

I just wonder if the high shipping cost
relates only to the online ordering system
not giving both ship options, ground or air.
Who can afford air?
