Tony,

Try onsale.com (www.onsale.com), they now have an "At Cost" section that has
really good prices. I know because I work for a midsized VAR and their list
price is less than our wholesale cost. Be aware that they do charge a
transaction fee, but the max is only $10. The navigation blows but I checked
and they do have power supplies.
