Just watch what brand OnSale pushes on you. 

PC Power & cooling is good to excellent, but they are way over priced.

PS/2 cube style (AT or ATX) PS' can be purchased from any vendor that sells
In-Win cases. In-Win PS is average to good, but I'm not sure they make a
model over 300W.
