My impression was that the original poster was not a native english speaker and
he/she was just kind of limping along on the list. It wasn't his/her only post
and they all seemed to have a definite newbie flavor about them. The language
command wasn't what you'd expect from someone who's native tongue was english.
That was fine and the list is normally so friendly the poster probably felt
comfortable asking the M$ question. Most of the other responses he/she got to
that post were a bit "tongue in cheek" :-) but McCraw took offense which (from
what I could see) was exactly what he came to the list to do.

I think that all of his posts (to this and one other thread that I saw) were
trolls and I really don't care much about that but I'm not gonna leave the bad
language alone... none of us should... we don't have to tolerate it!
