No, I am not a teen. Yes. it was the wrong day to get a bunch of Linux
purists with their "humor".
I think that all are focused too much on what words I used, and not enough
on the fact that this list is hostile not against MS, but against MS users.
Language is a great tool, when I say "fuck off" I am not trying to push my
IQ, age or even an idea, just my aggravation. Would you prefer "Sod Off" or
"Go Whoopi Yourself"? It's not the same and does not draw the same mental
picture of how I feel about the matter at hand.
As far as debating MS, I have no need to argue about what most of the world
uses for an OS or the supporting apps. I certainly will get rude when
dealing with bashers who find it easy to on their high horse and talk down
to the rest of us as too our age or intelligence when it comes to OS
choices. I could care less about MS and their bad business practices any
more than I give 2 *craps* about the CATV monopoly and it's evils.
"Kill" was my response to what I consider a really lame tactic of sending
email to a person telling them basically "I don't like what you have to say
and don't bother replying as I've blacklisted or kill filtered you." rather
than just doing it a leave be.
BTW, the next direct message I get telling me about what kill filter I'm in
or how bad my language is will duped 10,000 times & T3'd back to the
sender. If kill is what you do fine, but I don't really care to hear about it.
