AMI MEga RAID...

Preamble: I have had little experience with Linux so excuse my ignorance...

Maybe someone can help even w/o hardware raid experience...

I have an HPNetRAID (AMImegaRaid) that has three channels. The 0 channel
(raid 1) has the system drives (which Redhat installed to), Channel 1 (raid
5) has the data drives (which I can't see), and channel 2 has nothing.

Assuming that RHLinux is accessing the card (RAID) fine because the OS
installed to the first channel... is there something I should do to 'mount'
the second channel (data drives)? I did a default server build and it found
the card. Should I do a custom build...? Will it show me the available
logical drives to install on?

sda1,5,6,7,8 are viewable in df. 

If there is a better place to post this question i will gladly take it
there.
