Works great! Thanks!
One more question... (I asked earlier so apologies for repeating)..
I had to put my (future) RAID1 (2 2gig drives) on the system board for
startup so the bios could access to boot w/ lilo. I would prefer to have my
system drives hardware RAID1 on the first channel (0) of my HPNetRAID so
they would mirror themselves and I wouldn't have to deal with software
mirror. Is there a way that I can have the boot partition on the
AMImegaRAID? Or am I going to have to have something there for the bios to
access?

Yep, exactly.
fdisk /dev/sdb #Add what partion(s) you need
mke2fs /dev/sdb1
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/floppy -t ext2 #Test it out
Add the device entries to /etc/fstab when you finish.
