RH6.0 rpm problems.

I've upgraded my system to RH6.0, and I've discovered, that the following
doesn't work anymore:

root speedy mail]# cat /etc/rpmrc
topdir: /home/redhat
[root speedy mail]# rpm -qa | head -1
bad option 'topdir' at /etc/rpmrc:1
setup-2.0.2-1
