ISP setup assistance

I've started to do sysadmin work for a small local cablemodem-based ISP
that uses RH 5.2 on their server.  We're moving to a new upstream network
provider today and could use some additional expertise since most of my
Un*x experience is with SCO Xenix and BSDI BSD/OS.

Is there a Linux-ISP mailing list where this type of query would be more
appropriate?  We're probably going to need some additional clues with DNS
setup/switchover.  Thanks,
