The NT mail server is brain dead and sends back bounces which look
like they came from the poster rather than the mailbox bouncing them
(at least as far as the brain dead mail list software thinks.)  That
was the explanation I was given when it happened to me, but (being a
conspiracy lover) I suspect something more sinister, especially since
the NT mail server seems to have found a way around the fix that
redhat put in their mail list software the last time it happened.
