Actiontec 56K int PCI Call Waiting modem

I'm interested in the Actiontec 56K int PCI Call Waiting modem and I was
wondering if anyone is using it with Linux. It claims to work with Linux
(it seems to make that a selling feature, in fact) but the one jumper pair
are not documented. In the install directions, they tell you to cat
/proc/pci and poke that info into a setserial command. Once you have it up
you're supposed to create an init file which will do the setserial at boot.
The included software, of course, is Windows only.
I was wondering what experiences others may have had; whether this int.
PCI modem worked with Linux, the speed and reliability, the reliability of
the "call waiting" feature (I see that you only get about 7 seconds to take
and dismiss the call before you lose your connection but that could be OK...).
Thanks!
