Good to know. It turns out that all that is missing is the password prompt
itself. On 5.2 it has a prompt like "Starting HTTPSD: Enter PEM
Passphrase"... But on 6.0 it only prints the "Starting HTTPSD:" it starts
and operates (seemingly) correctly when I enter the passphrase at this prompt.

Which Netscape? I have several people in-house using Netscape Navigator
3.0x under windows and they connect fine AFTER I did the thawte root cert
roll over. Let me know if you want more info.
