There's "Samba: Integrating UNIX and Windows" by John Blair.  ISBN
1578310067.  It cost me about $US24.

To be honest, I bought it when I was having trouble with Samba and then the
trouble went away so I cannot tell you whether it is a good book.  I'l not
sorry to have it handy.  A big chunk of the book in on configuration.
