Gnome and KDE

Hi every one,
I am using Redhat 6.0 and Gnome and KDE
that comes with the Cd-rom.
How can I step by step uninstall Gnome and KDE
off my system and install the new versions.
Which RPM should be deleted and what do I need
to install the new one.
Which FTP site should I go to download them
and which files do I need?
