I'm not sure I understand the question but I would install RH6.1 or the
latest apache rpms.  Others can offer advice about GUI tools; I did not
like commanche when I tried it a long time ago and Linuxconf may work with
apache.  I like to edit the files directly and that's the way things are
described on the apache homepage.
