You did make a rescue disk right?
if not,
use the boot.img from the CD, to make a normal boot disk.
when it comes up with the lilo: prompt (or whatever the boot disk uses) type
linux root=/dev/<insert root partition here>/ initrd=
this will tell the install disk not to use and initrd (which is what contains the installation portion of the disk) and it will just boot to your normal box.
then log in and run /sbin/lilo
