Running X with Exceed

I have an RHL6.1 box at home and I'd like to run X apps at my office on my
WinNT box w/Exceed and SSH.  It used to work at the office over the modem
(and still does on my W2k box at home) but it doesn't work anymore and I
have no idea why it doesn't run.  The error I get is

_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't connect: errno = 110

Specs:
WinNT4sp5
Exceed 6.1 (passive)

RHL6.1
SSH 1.2.27-5 (not US)

Are there any logs I can look at?  Someone suggested I look at X.log and
X.err but I don't think they're on my system.  Also I checked sshd_config
and X forwarding is already allowed.
