Put the IP address, hostname and nickname of hislp in your /etc/hosts:

192.9.???.???	hislp.my.domain	hislp


It should not matter, but try putting the hostname in lowercase in both
files, just to be consistent.

This and the other errors are because it can't resolve the address (see
error #1 above).
