Re: Backup & Recovery

Hello again,

I've tried tar --help, but I can't figure out what exactly I need to do,

perhaps a little more details may help,

the K220 is named "sugar" and the linux pc "linux"

the tape drive on the K220 is on device file /dev/rmt/0m

how would I back up say "/home" on "linux" onto the tape drive on
"sugar"?

I'm much better with examples....

thanks for all your help....

Ahbaid.
