for a GUI wrapper around the ipfwadm command.

Also take a look at Squid at http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/ for your
HTTP and FTP proxy - it's a lot better than simply masquerading your
local network traffic, as the local caching will reduce your actual
Internet traffic and improve response times.
