The Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100 card works great under RedHat 5.2. If
they are using a stock install of 5.2, and you type 'lsmod' then you should
see a line for 'eepro100' showing that the module for the card is loaded.
If that doesn't show your card then 'dmesg' should say something about it
(this would happen if they compiled a custom kernel instead of using
modules). If neither of these commands show your card and you just bought
this machine then I would recommend contacting the tech support from
manufacturer first and if they are no help then I or someone else on here
could help you configure it properly. If this does show your card loaded
and you want more help, then send the output of 'netstat -rn' and 'ifconfig'
to the list and that should tell us more.
