Mouse or X question

I have a question on X configuration setup.

I have spent a lot of time getting my X setup the way I like it.  Some rather
odd things happened during the XF86Setup process and it ended up working out
(by accident :-) quite nicely.  The only thing that didn't is I don't have
three button mouse emulation.  I hesitate to run XF86Setup again, afraid it
might screwup the other stuff that works nice.  Is there a config file
somewhere that I can tweek by hand and turn on three button emu?
