Quick Question about INN

I have recently compiled and installed the latest version of INN on a
machine at work.  I followed all directions and it works flawlessly,
however, nowhere in the instructions did it say how to configure it to send
locally posted messages back to my newsfeed server.  They do have an IP
address set up specifically for me to use for that purpose, I just don't
know how to put it into the config file.  When I post a message to my
server, it is visible just fine on that server itself, it just doesn't
propagate anywhere else.  Any help anyone can give would be appreciated.
