midi for sb16

Hi all,

Well for about two months now i get this message about my midi not
working with netscape i have tried using plugger and still get the
error.  I set up my sound card using snconfig and I can play cds but the
midiplayer doesn't work and i can cat wav file to the sound dev. and i
get a chop sound from icq when some one sends me a message but thats it.
Any ideas??  Thanks for the help
