This often means an overheated CPU due to a dead cooling fan,
overclocking,
or bad memory.

Also try turning off CACHE SYSTEM and VIDEO BIOS in the BIOS.
After the install, you can turn it back on.  The boot disks do
some probing for hardware that has trouble with CACHE, on some machines.
The probing on older versions was less extensive.
