Fips error?

I just got done spliting my hard drive in half using fips. An
interesting and a little bit scary experience. Though I was surprised at
how easy it was. Everything seems to have worked perfectly, but I got
this error at the end of it.

Memery allocation error
Cannot load CAMMAND, system halted

Does anyone know why I got that and why my system seems to be fine and I
have it in two partitions now?
