Hello!!

I think that I finally figured out why I got those irritating 
messages that said that different programs needed certain files
that already where there.. It should be because the programs
that are installed needs the files that I want to overwrite,
and rpm refuses to install any package that wants to
overwrite files that are installed.. So, my question is..
Is there any way around this?? It seems to be quite stupid
that it refuses to upgrade certain programs because the
"old" files are needed by some other damn program..

Btw.. how can I find out what version of RPM I'm using??
