Linux /sendmail errors

Hallo

I am gettin this errors in /var/log/maillog in my linux mail server

linux ipop3d[1413]:Broken pipe while reading line user=??? host=unknown

linux sendmail[318]: NOQUEUE:SYSERR(root): getrequests:accept:no route to host

linux last message repeated 4 times
linux last message repeated 5 times
linux last message repeated 3 times

What does this mean?
