Well, I won't buy it until I feel it will run on my system without problems. I
downloaded a second copy today just to be sure there wasn't something wrong
with the first download (thank God for cable modems...it can in at just under
300kbps).
I did a whole new install and had the same problems.
I'm wondering if it's something to do with the XF server version? I'm using
the latest XFree86-Mach64 version 3.3.3-1. I've also tried it with SVGA but
there wasn't a difference. Everything else is pretty standard. I just
reloaded 5.2 a week ago after messing it up with the 2.2.1 kernel.
I'd really like to get this working. It looks like a nice package and would
save going back to MS Office all the time.
Could you tell me what version of X you're using.
