It's true that Intel has tried this. Immediate outcry from all
freedom of communication groups. State of Arizona has already
introduced legislation that would forbid the state to purchase,
and would also forbid the manufacture of such processors in the
state. Interestingly, two of Intels fabrication plants are in
the state.. 8^)
