SAMBA CONF

["SP.Somprav-Hisl" <sp som hisl co in>]

 after configuring the smb.conf and while trying to connect to the linux box
( I was not able to get connected ) so I tried to look into the log file
which is automatically generated
to my surprise I found the following errors,May be you all would be of help
to rectify the same

1. server_cryptkey: can't resolve address for HISLP ( nt PDC)
2. password server not available ( in the smb.conf the I have mentioned the
fol.]
			security =server
                                    password server = HISLP
3.password server is not connected ( while it's of course connected ip of
linux is 80.0.0 and that of hislp is 192.9. which is also being included in
the host allow,if I do not give hislp's ip it says hislp not reachable)

4.NT password did not match ! defaulting to lanman ( where as I have the
same passwd in nt as well as in linux according to ENCRYPTION.txt I have
created the smbpassed file also )
