Should work fine.  I have a 486/100 that is RH 5.2 and Win95 capable.  I
put LILO on the master boot record (MBR) and all is fine.  Note that you
cannot do that with Windows NT though.  You *must* allow NT's booter to
load Linux.  Look in the NT+Linux mini-howto if you are interested.
