I have heard a horror story that I would confirmed. When you do
a Win98 install, it uses the _entire_ drive.
If so, your method above has one big danger. It will work, but
if you have to "restore" Win 98, it will format the entire
drive as one big FAT32 partition and you can kiss Linux goodbye.
It used to be once you partitioned your drive, that Win95 would
stay within the partition you designated for it. Apparently,
according to what I hear, Win98 does not do this.
Of course, there are THREE versions of Win 98 out there. OEM,
Full, Upgrade. It may be that each has different behaviour
re: partitioning. Would like to hear from people about this and
confirm or negate any rumors out there.
