PGP Problem with Linux Pine

I have set up PGP to work with Pine under RH Linux (Thanks
for the help, everybody!) and have one last question to which
I need an answer. When I go through the options to encrypt
and send, oftentimes the PGPE command will not find the
appropriate key and the message is not encrypted. Is there
a command line  option that will allow me to choose the 
recipients' keys?
