Yes and no.

Yes, it's possible to set up the pppd to dial into compuserve, use your UID
and passwd.  Email me at antonychessor csi com and I will send you the
pppconf.tar.gz file that will set it all up for you.  Very handy, very easy
**once you have this file**.  It's a bear without it, though.

However.... there is no software for Linux that allows you to actually log
onto the CIS system and use their members only forums.  This is unfortunate,
as it keeps me using windows on a daily basis. <shrug>  That's the way it
goes, eh?
