Ken, 

For some reason, the rpm posted is the version which requires you to
have Motif ($$$) installed on your system. (That's the source of the
failed dependency.) Go to 

http://www.blackdown.org

and pick up the tar.gz file. The installation instructions are very
easy. You don't have to set CLASSPATH or anything.

Good luck. And i hope that if anyone else is out there with the knowhow,
they'll put up the jdk rpm that *doesn't* require Motif.
