Quick Year 2000 - file date question

Hi,

we're rolling things backwards and forwards testing y2k compliance
for our systems...

My question is this:

1) I roll the system date forward to say March 1999
2) I create a few files and roll back to Jan 1999

Will the files created in 1) show up with the correct dates?
