Problem installing 5.2

Hi,
This is the first letter I write to you, and I'm glad to be in the clone 
of the Red Hat Linux users. 
Well, I was working with Red Hat 4.1 and decided to install 5.2 but I 
had a problem.
I have removed the old version, copied the Red Hat directory in  Fat16 
partition (I do this because in the CDROM I had, the names of files were 
all in capital letters, so I renamed all the files) and began the 
installation without problems until the dialogue box which asks for the 
partition which contain the RedHat/RPMS and RedHat/base directories and 
selected it which was hda4. The error message was hda4 does not seem to 
contain RedHat directory, but I'm sure that it contain it.
