Re: Help !!! Modem not responding



I just checked out your modem type at
http://www.o2.net/~gromitkc/winmodem.html  and it is a WinModem. 
WinModems use software for processing and will not work in Linux.  The
url I included above will give you some information concerning this.  If
you want to connect to your ISP from within Linux you will have to get a
different modem :(
