Modem Problems.

I am trying to configure my internet connection, and I have set up a PPP 
script, yet nothing works. So, figuring the PPP script didnt work, I went 
to download "EzPPP" - which I have installed and I am currently running...

But, when I try to connect, it gives me a message saying, "Cannot open 
Modem Device" - I do not know what to do with this Message!!! O dear O dear!!!

I do know that my modem is not a WinModem, and it is at COM2...

Any help would be great,
