Well, I really do appreciate you taking the time to respond to my problem.
Before I post any questions I do as much research as I can on the subject.
I guess I need to do a better job posting what troubleshooting I have done.
As I mentioned in my previous email, I did indeed try adding linear to my
lilo.conf and I did partition the harddrive so that all the boot items were
located within the first 1023 cyclinders. Looking through the Large Disk
HOWTO and the LILO HOWTO did not reveal any more insights.
I again thank you for taking the time to respond to my question.
