Mouse under X & my palmtop

Dear all,

	I would like to ask is there any way to use my keyboard to
simulate the mouse click under X using fvwm (AnotherLevel)?  I can move
the cursor using keyboard, how can I do the mouse click by using keyboard?
Since my palmtop pointing device seem not supported in Linux.
