RE: Compaq pressario modem

Compac is notorious for adding alot of Microsoft specific features in thier
computers.  Some Compac computers even look like toys.  The hayes Accura
that I've used for years workds in Linux/BSD/Windows...
Are u positive that it was the 5 modems not working?
