No space left on device?

I keep getting this error message when doing things like trying to
install Word Perfect and when trying to run /sbin/lilo. I did some
poking around and tried using df -h to see what kind of space I have
left. It seems I am out of space on the root partition. I don't know why
exactly, since I thought 103mb would be enough. Anyone have any ideas? I
could sure use the help.
