Viewing bootup messages remotely

Hello,

I have to take care of several remote servers.  Is there any way I can
connect these servers together using a serial cables or something, so when
a system boots, I can see the startup messages from another server and send
input to the booting server in case it needs interaction when its fsck'ing
disks or fails to load an updated routing table correctly?
