Starbuck can't find isapnp.conf

I just installed Starbuck this morning and was extremely pleased with the
install and so far I really like the combination of the Redhat, KDE and
Enlightenment menus in X.  I tried to configure my sound card with setup and
found an error I want to report.

The setup found my card, Model: AudioPCI

When it got to the point of playing a sample sound it gave me an error:

Unable to open configuration file etc/isapnp.conf - no such file or directory


Is this file on my system somewhere?  If not, can I create it?  If so,  what
should be in it?
